You’ll use this account to manage your bookings with us.
-
How long are your sessions?
Most are 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time for multiple rounds of sauna, ice baths, and rest.
Guided sauna is 90 mins, where you’ll be led by a sauna-master between cycles of heat, cold and rest.
-
What’s your cancellation policy?
For communal sauna sessions, you can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your session for a full credit back to your Momence account (Momence is our booking platform and how you book sessions with us)

Our entrance is step-free and the lounge is wheelchair accessible, but our changing cubicles, sauna and outdoor area have some narrow pathways. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.
-
Can I bring a group?
Absolutely - you can either book individual sauna seats, or privately hire the entire space depending on the group size.
Check the private hire section of the website. You can also email us to discuss at info@urbanheatwellness.com.
