We run communal and guided sauna sessions for same, and mixed-gender groups, and regularly host wellness and creative events.

What you can expect
Whether you’re coming solo after work, training for a marathon, or bringing friends for a shared reset, our space is designed to feel warm, welcoming and grounding.
If you’re looking for a sauna in South London, Urban Heat offers something different from the typical gym add-on or spa environment. We combine a high-heat Finnish-style sauna with outdoor cold plunge facilities, monthly guided rituals, and a relaxed, community-led atmosphere.
We’ve kept things simple and considered with hot showers, toiletries, hairdryers, secure lockers (no padlocks needed), water stations, sauna hats and towel hire available - so you can arrive with just yourself (and your swimsuit) and settle straight in.
Hot Finnish-style sauna
A beautiful 15-seater sauna which we maintain 90-95C -designed for deep, consistent heat.
Perfect to sweat, breathe and really stretch out.
Icy Cold Plunges
Two outdoor ice baths set at 5 and 10C - cold, quick, and very alive. Or, try our bucket shower if you don’t fancy a plunge.
Step in, breathe through, and step out feeling sharper, calmer, and reset.
Living room energy
We have a lounge with the worlds comfiest armchairs (according to our customers!)
Hang out as you please pre-or post sauna - have a cup of tea, maybe read a book or chat with friends.
