This guided sauna is a slow, intentional experience led by a trained sauna-master, designed to help you fully drop into heat, steam, and rest.
You’ll be guided through an elemental journey allowing stress to melt away and your body to return to balance. Expect rhythmic whisking, aromatic essential oils, and subtle use of sound and scent.
This session is ideal if you’re:
-Curious about guided sauna but new to it
-Looking for a more immersive, sensory-led sauna experience
-Craving something grounding, restorative, and quietly energising

Reset Ritual - sauna, breathwork & self-massage

A calming and connective 60-minute lunchtime session combining mindful movement, breathwork, scent, self-massage, and sauna and cold plunge therapy.
We begin with a short grounding practice, a chance to arrive in your body, connect with the breath, and settle into the space through gentle movement and awareness, helping to quiet a busy mind and open the senses.
Inside the sauna, we offer a sensory experience through scent, touch, and guided breathwork, incorporating simple self-massage techniques to support relaxation and presence.
Designed to be both restorative and revitalising, this is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and leave with a deep sense of calm.Open to all. No prior sauna experience is needed.
Private Hire
Birthday? Hen do? Leaving party at the office? Whatever you’re planning, why not make it a sauna & plunge party? Just you, your group, and exclusive use of our entire space.
So, what does a Private Hire get you?
~60/90 mins (or longer) exclusive use of our 15-seater Finnish sauna and cold plunges for up to 15 guests
~Use of the showers, vanity area (with hairdryers & mirrors), changing rooms
~Complementary sauna hats, recovery water and herbal tea throughout
~A staff member to welcome you and your guests as well as help with anything you need
~Towels can be rented onsite, and we also sell a range of fantastic non-alc drinks for post-sauna refreshment
We work with a network of practitioners to offer additional elements like sound baths, breathwork and guided sauna rituals - creating a retreat-style experience right here in Camberwell. These can all be added on.
