Sauna Host

We’re looking 2 x warm, reliable and passionate Sauna Hosts to join our team ASAP.

What you’ll do:

• Front-of-house duties :

  • Greet and welcome guests, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.

  • Guide guests through the hot–cold cycle (sauna, cold plunge, showers) and share basic sauna etiquette.

  • Managing inbox, phone lines and responding to customer queries.

• Operational duties

  • Preparing the space before opening

  • Keep the sauna, plunge pools, showers and lounge clean, safe and inviting throughout the day.

  • Support smooth operations and resetting the space between sessions.

  • Cleaning and closing down the sauna, ice baths and ensuring everything is ready for the next day.

• Ad hoc tasks including capturing content or assisting with small procurement items.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Can handle managing the sauna independently during their shift.

• Is confident, approachable, and can stay calm and professional with customers.

• Is comfortable with cleaning and setup tasks.

• Is enthusiastic about sauna culture, wellness, and community.

The details:

• 📍 Location: Camberwell, London

• 🕒 Hours: Approx 20 hours per week spread throughout the week and weekend.

• 💷 Pay: This role will be paid at London Living Wage.
